You want to improve your health and your physical and mental performance. Improving your breathing is an important way to increase communication between your mind, your body and your autonomic nervous system to help you improve your autonomic self-regulation and aid the healing process.

Oxygen is essential to life, and dysoxygenosis makes it difficult for the body to effectively heal. Dysoxygenosis is a term that the NIHA practitioners use to describe disruptions in healthy flow of oxygen in the body's biochemistry. Hyperbaric oxygen is available when that is judged to be a helpful addition to treatment programs. Specific breathing techniques that are done at home can be a cost-effective option.
